Post Instructions

• Recognizing that each post has unique requirements and challenges, the system displays shift-specific instructions upon check-in through the app. There is also functionality allowing officers to update or add instructions relevant to their particular assignment.

Auto-Generated Shift Change Reports

• Following check-in and review of post instructions, security staff can complete digital forms regarding shift replacements or item assignments. These reports are automatically forwarded to the central StaffWizard system for record-keeping and oversight.

NFC and GPS Checkpoints

• The platform offers armored post phones equipped with NFC (Near Field Communication) technology. NFC enables the device to transmit a message carrying employee ID, timestamp, and location information to embedded hardware, verifying guard patrols and rounds. This setup aids in ensuring that rounds are conducted in a timely and compliant manner.
• Additionally, GPS checkpoints can be configured within StaffWizard’s main system for individual client sites. These checkpoints facilitate accurate check-in verification at specific locations during patrols or shift activities.

Reporting Capabilities

• All post-related reports—such as incident logs, daily activity summaries, and other documentation—are generated via the Post phone application. Security personnel select the appropriate report type from a predefined list and submit it through the app. Submitted reports are then accessible within StaffWizard’s main program for review and archival purposes.
