NFC enables the device to transmit a message carrying employee ID, timestamp, and location information to embedded hardware, verifying guard patrols and rounds. <li>Additionally, GPS checkpoints can be configured within StaffWizard’s main system for individual client sites. These checkpoints facilitate accurate check-in verification at specific locations during patrols or shift activities.</li>

<li>All post-related reports—such as incident logs, daily activity summaries, and other documentation—are generated via the Post phone application. Security personnel select the appropriate report type from a predefined list and submit it through the app. Submitted reports are then accessible within StaffWizard’s main program for review and archival purposes.</li>
